The Program.
5 days. 5 themes. 5 layers. True transformation and a path back to you.
Day 1 | Slow Down
Create space to hear yourself again.
The first day is for recalibrating the nervous system to allow presence, connection and true rejuvenation. We reconnect with breath, body and presence, set intentions for the week, and begin the morning meditation ritual.
Day 2 | Clear Away
Release what no longer serves.
A day of honest reflection and getting clear with supporting coaching sessions and movement centred on the themes of identity, spirit, mindfulness, awareness and acceptance.
Day 3 | Find Your Inner Compass
Reconnect with your own wisdom.
We look at trust and the wisdom of gut, heart and head. From there we move into values, non-attachment, purpose, contribution and flow.

The Coherence Series
Day 4 | Illuminate
Expansive and energising.
The focus turns outward to relationships. We cover the four communication styles, conscious communication, the five love languages, co-regulation, relational coherence and compassion.
Departure | June 2
A last morning by the ocean, closing out our time together with a powerful closing ritual. Return back to the main island via boat and into a revitalised and clear version of you.
Day 5 | Shine Your Light
Take the journey home with you.
The final day is for integration. You will name what has become clear, what you are leaving behind and what you are taking with you, then write your personal commitments for the return home.

Two Doors, One Room
Most retreats focus on one lane. We do things differently. Powerful change comes from meeting you as you are in a way thats grounded and layered.
Meeting in the mind.
Knowing from the body.
Recalibration to sync with the earth.
We approach things from different perspectives of the body and the mind flowing through a 5 day program leading back to the heart of you.
With Jem, you will work through the ideas that sit underneath how we experience life: ego and identity, beliefs, values, purpose, and the way we communicate and relate to the people around us. For many people who come on Retreats with us, these sessions are often the most clarifying, and lead to powerful mindset shifts.
With Talia, you will move, breathe and reset. Her approach brings together three kinds of practices: Yoga for clarity and embodiment, classical Pilates as mindful movement, and nervous system practices such as meditation. In these sessions it's all about opening through the heart, hearing your inner voice and moving in a way that is nourishing, freeing and feels good.
Each morning and evening begins with a meditation ritual that Talia teaches step by step, so it is yours to take home: breathwork, mantra meditation, the Gayatri mantra, and a short standing ritual honouring the four directions, and helping you to start your day calm, grounded and ready.
Each day you will spend time with Jem exploring mindset, with space to reflect, prompts to journal on and space in your workbook for your own reflections and notes.
Between sessions there is time that belongs to you. Intaaya has a 17-metre infinity pool, a spa, a private beach and a lot of ocean to look at. We take the time to explore the local area, hike and walk along the stunning coastline and spend evenings by the fire talking, and connecting.
This retreat follows a 5 day coherence program developed by Jem and Talia that touches the mind, body & spirit. It is intentional, facilitated well and created to offer you a space to open and close the journey so you can go home integrated and able to move along into your life from a fresh new perspective feeling rested, resourced and with a full cup.

The Accommodation
Intaaya Retreats. Nusa Penida, Bali.
Welcome to Intaaya
Intaaya sits on a terraced hectare of lawn and limestone at the southern edge of Nusa Penida, with open ocean in front and a private beach below. It's away from the busyness of Bali, fully private and incredibly magical.
The luxury space is fully solar powered and off grid designed to set you up for the ultimate rest, rejuvenation and space to slow down and switch off. Its bamboo buildings were designed by Pablo Luna Studio and built by hand from local bamboo, limestone and rammed earth and offer a space that is open, filled with light and one with nature without compromising on comfort.
We practise in the open-air Manta Yoga Shala, eat together in the Shell Restaurant, and have a tea room, a cliffside spa and a 17-metre infinity pool to return to between sessions.
There are only 13 tented suites, each with air conditioning, organic linen and furniture made by local craftspeople from reclaimed wood.
Meals come from Intaaya's own permaculture farm a short drive away and each meal is balanced, organic and 5 star.
Intaaya is the perfect place for you to step out of your life and take a moment to breathe a little deeper and finally connect with yourself. There is very little phone signal, so your distractions are minimal.

Getting here
Arrival and airport
Please fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar, Bali.
From Bali you will take a boat to Nusa Penida, followed by a drive of about an hour to Intaaya. We will arrange your boat and island transfer and send you the pick-up point and times once you have booked.
Please plan to arrive at the Bali pick-up point by 12pm on May 27. Departures on June 2 reach mainland Bali at around 2pm, so book flights home from 5pm onwards.
Arriving early
We recommend arriving in Bali at least one day before the retreat. Sanur is the easiest base, as it is about 30 minutes from the airport and close to the boat departure points.
Visa requirements
Most visitors need a visa on arrival or an e-visa to enter Indonesia, and a passport valid for at least six months from the date of arrival. Bali also charges a tourist levy. Please check the current requirements for your passport before you book flights.
Extending your stay
If you have time, Bali rewards a few extra days. Ubud is good for rice terraces and temples, Sanur and Uluwatu for the coast, and Nusa Penida itself for snorkelling and its famous cliff beaches.
Important: Please do not book flights until we have confirmed your place.
